Dr. David Bullock has taken care of thousands of patients from the Southern Alberta area in his 27 years of ongoing dental practice. He was born in Taber and from the age of 2, has lived and thrived in Lethbridge. Dr. Bullock deeply values the personal relationships he has with so many of his patients. A caring, family atmosphere created in his own home town practice, combined with his high standard of uncompromising professional excellence has always been his priority.
Watching his father practice dentistry was the inspiration for his own dental career. Bullock Dental was established in Lethbridge in 1963 by Dr. Bullock’s father, Gerald who was then joined by his uncle Dennis Bullock. The Bullock Dental Legacy of devoted excellence in dentistry, is the daily standard that Dr. David Bullock holds himself to, as he cares for each one of his patients.
His standards of excellence showed as Dr. Bullock earned his DDS, Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Case Western Reserve University. He placed in the top three in his graduating class of 75 students for excellence in his clinical dentistry. He was the sole recipient of “The Academy of Operative Dentistry Award” for outstanding achievement in operative dentistry. His clinical instructor exclusively insisted that Dr. Bullock, still a student, do his own personal dental work. His high standard and years of devoted patient care are ready to care for you whenever you come through his doors.
As a dental office manager here at bullock dental, I oversee the daily operations of the busy practice, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow, positive patient experiences, and effective team collaboration. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of administration, financial, and patient focused tasks. I manage the front desk, ensuring appropriate training and scheduling, patient communications, insurance processing (pre-authorizations, Claims and billing) and accounts receivable. I also supervise and support the dental team as we foster a positive and productive work environment. Furthermore, I play a key role in implementing policies and procedures, managing business supplies and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. My goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients while optimizing office, efficiency, and profitability.
It’s my passion to deliver top-notch patient care and prioritize customer service. My commitment is to educate our patients and address their concerns with my knowledge and expertise. By doing so, I’m not only going to provide excellent care but also empower our patients to make informed decisions about their oral health. Putting patients first and ensuring they feel welcome and at ease starts with a warm smile and friendly demeanour. Both can go a long way in making our patients feel comfortable and valued which in our office, is essential.

I have been with Dr. Bullock for 3 years, and am proud of the collaborative working environment we aim to create. I am passionate about helping patients manage dental anxiety through different techniques with a warm approach. I strive to educate patients in all areas of oral hygiene, and allowing patients to leave feeling confident with their smiles.
